For admission into the Master's program in Construction Management, please complete the following:
2. Have a copy of the official transcripts of all previously earned college or university credits sent from the applicant's former institution(s) to the Admissions Office.
3. Florida Resident: Submit two proofs of Florida residency (copy of Florida driver's license, Florida voter's registration card, car registration, etc.)
4. Applicants must have earned a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 in the upper division course work related to their undergraduate degree.
5. An applicant must take either the GRE or GMAT.
6. International students* must also submit the following documentation:
a) Declaration and Certification of Finances
b) Bank Letter
c) A minimum score of 550 on the TOEFL
*International students who will not be residing in the United States are not required to submit a bank letter, obtain an I-20, or have medical insurance.
