You may register for an online course in one of two ways:
You can register on-line through FIU's Student Information Services website at: http://sis.fiu.edu
You must first login to PantherSoft. This will take you to the next screen, where you must click on Enroll in a Class. From there, please select the appropriate semester and then click on Add Classes on the bottom of the screen.
To see the class numbers for these online courses click on Courses on the upper menu.
You can also register with the Director of Distance Learning at the College of Engineering, Ms. Mercy Rueda Schott, at (305) 348-2801.
In order to obtain a statement that shows how much you owe in tuition, login to PantherSoft and select Finances. From there, under Account select Account Summary and then select the appropriate semester.
This statement provides a detailed explanation of your tuition and fees.

Graduate Online Application You may use this online application for graduate programs (Master's and Doctorate), graduate certificates, and graduate readmission to the University. Please carefully read the instructions that appear throughout the application pages. If you get interrupted and have to return to it later, you can save your work by clicking the "Save" button at the bottom.
You can only submit your application once. If you have updates to any information you submitted, please contact us immediately at grad_eng@fiu.edu .
In order to apply to Florida International University, you will need to create your FIU Panther ID to logon to the application. If you are a returning student you may access the application via Learner Services with your existing Panther ID.
NOTE: You must use Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or newer in order to access the
PantherSoft system and apply. MS Internet Explorer can be obtained by clicking here.
Your completion and submission of the FIU graduate admissions application will be your electronic signature, which is legally recognized by Florida Statutes.

Application fee and payment A fee of $30.00 is due upon submission of an application for admission. You may pay online using a major credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, or Discover) or you may pay the application fee by mail using a Personal Check or Money Orders in U.S. Dollars. Please be mindful that no application will be considered until the application fee is paid.
